First, the location of this hotel is excellent. Minutes walk from the central train station, on the edge of the St. Hubert royal galleries, and a quick walk to the grand place - you’re in the middle of everything. (I note that as with any place with such a central location, it is a bit noisy, but nothing that kept us up at night.) Second, the rooms are very large. Our room was the king room, which had a bedroom with a chair, desk, and door, an entry area with luggage storage and shelving, tea/coffee station, and a massive bathroom with stand alone both and walk in shower. Third, the water pressure was excellent. Fourth, the staff were great. The main lobby in the building is tiny and for guests only, and the staff there was so pleasant. Fifth, the internet was good.

This hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Brussels. It is integrated into the Royal Galleries of Saint Hubert.Finding the door to the hotel was a little tricky, but if you go to the very center of the galleries, the door is a few steps away next to the Maison Dandoy. The staff were all very helpful, all very professional and friendly. The breakfast was beautifully displayed and they have a lovely selection of fruits, breads, cheeses and meats, cereals, yogurts, and you could cook your own soft or hard boiled egg. The Wi-Fi was secure. Our room on the 2nd floor looked out over the Gallery and we enjoyed the music and activity going on below. However, when we were ready, we closed the window and barely heard the sounds. It was good soundproofed windows.

The hotel boasts an excellent "location" right at the heart of the action, offering the convenience and vibe of a central spot. The "room" was comfortably appointed and clean, though the noise levels from the bustling business district below were somewhat noticeable—not that it mattered much since one doesn't choose this place for a sleep retreat. As for the "breakfast," it was rather uninspiring and on the sparse side, which wouldn't be an issue for those who tend to skip the first meal of the day. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience.

The breakfast included was very good, in a lovely, light room next to a pretty interior courtyard. All the staff in the hotel were great, very helpful and friendly. It's in a super location, very close to the main square and on one of the main restaurant streets, but because the street is pedestrian and it's a hundred metres away from the restaurant hub, it is quite quiet and peaceful for where it is. The room was clean and airy and perfect for us, needing a couple of bedrooms, as we were travelling with our adult daughter.

Very cool decor and lovely vibe. All staff were warm and welcoming. My room was unique, accessed via a ramp down to the rooftop of another building. The room (38) was split level with bathroom upstairs, and bed/living downstairs, with WC also downstairs. Beautiful bathroom and very bright, lovely aspect. View across rooftops was amazing and breakfast is something you absolutely cannot miss - beautifully presented and in a calm bright environment.
